LAW GRADUATE

Amy Baltzer

Amy completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Western Australia in 2023. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Law and Society and Business Law and a Graduate Diploma in Natural Resources Law. She is currently undertaking her Practical Legal Training.

During her studies Amy enjoyed participating in university competitions and placed first in the 2022 Herbert Smith Freehills Negotiation Competition. Amy joined O’Sullivan Davies as an Office Services Assistant before completing her university studies. Prior to this she worked as a paralegal and vacation clerk in both commercial disputes and family law. She has also volunteered at Law Access. These experiences facilitated her decision to pursue family law.

It is the personal nature of family law which stands out to Amy. She enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, each with unique stories and circumstances.

Amy’s greatest passion is travel and has had the opportunity to live and study abroad as well as travel extensively. She enjoys immersing herself in different cultures and believes it aids her ability to better communicate with people from all walks of life.
